Chain emails using Jesus

I used to think that there was nothing quite so odious as a chain email until I began to see something that takes the chain email to a new low.

The super sappy emails that are going around now with things like
"If you are not ashamed of Jesus pass this on".

It is utterly detestable that someone would use this as a means to propogate an email - especially one that is designed to get email addresses for scammers and spammers.

I give the "Ashamed of Jesus chain letter" 5 out of 5 retching faces


Anyone else disgusted by this?

I get numerous kinds of these e-mails from a certain family member. While I love them and Jesus I can't stand this feeling of guilting me into telling someone else I love Jesus.

Rather odious.

As a new Christian, I received a pretty good one from my best friend who is not Christian. I was impressed and thought that she had read and understood what the letter said. Not a chance - she emailed it to me because she thought I would like it!

I get these all the time from those who aren't Christians. Tell you anything about them? I just toss them in the e-trash!
