What is Longetivity?

I believe it has to do with the time you have been a member of the site based on the sites overall age. I joined last March or April and as the days, weeks, and months pass by I slowly gain more ground. It's a slow one and I don't think we can do anything about it. Then again, I could be wrong on everything I just said

Hewitt is correct about the length on time a person is a member.
Longevity is a calculated value of how active and how long you've been a member.
