Refuges from the PP and new friends we're making here

Just a thought, but how about a thread to kind of keep each other posted as to where everyone is hangin out over here and that kind of stuff. Let's face it, comparing boards we're like a bunch of country cuzzins lost in the big city (well, look at the bottom of the page, weather for NYC    the place so nice they named it twice..

Checking these boards out last night made me think of a group of people that all move from a smaller town to a very large city and then get so split up that they lose touch.  Although they intend to stay in tocuh things get disjointed very rapidly.

Posts go up so frequently that often by the time you spot something in the current topics list and go check it out and come back, the next thing you were going to check it isn't listed there.

Considering the views and replies volume here and the number of people online at any given time, this is indeed a different breed of cat, so...

Do we post a thread for that specific purpose, have a meet me at Reilly's Pub message, or maybe use this thread?

there are a few "reilly's pub" type threads hanging around. i'm sorry i don't know where they are there used to be a "who's online" thing but it was removed because it caused the board to be too slow to my understanding.

OK this is frustrating.. It was on.. then it went off.... Then it said I had to many lines. So I have cut down my sig and exactly 7 lines.....
Its gone and also Erwins count down is no longer showing.. They're both gone.. What happened?
