Doves

I was wondering if anyone knew anything about doves native to N. America. The mourning dove is well known, but do populations of turtle doves or ring-necked doves exist here? Today I saw 4 birds that were identical to mourning doves in their body size and behavior, but their coloration was completely different. They looked more like the ring-necked and turtle doves. Any information would be appreciated. Thanks.
