Also, just discovered Joe Harriot, who was the first West Inidan/Brit to explore free jazz, taking it down similar but different routes to Ornette Coleman.
I also like Jan Garbarek, Monk, Miles Davies, Eric Dolphy, Palestinian sax player Gilad Atzmon, loads of others.

if life gives you lemons then eat those lemons, and come back everyday for years and eat them in great amounts. after enough time has passed sue life for making you obese and use the money to buy lemonade.

Reps: 10 (power: 0) | | | I listen to Jazz, Soul, Gospel and Pop a lot. My favorite jazz artists are Chick Corea, Herbie Hancock, Michel Petrucciani, Michel Camilo, Keith Jarrett, Stevie Wonder, Bobby McFerrin and Bill Evans. You would notice that most of them are keyboard players, because I love playing the keyboard. | | | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode | | | |
