Well, I am obviously not sleeping but that's the closest I could come to regarding being tired. I have just been exhausted lately. I haven't been able to really catch up on my sleep as well as just resting. It's been way too hectic lately, and I really need to find the time to relax. I have decided to make a conscience effort to rest for a day or at hour increments throughout the week.

That's a good idea. I figure sometimes I will sleep and sometimes I would like to just sit still and do nothing. I did a study on the keeping of the Sabath this week. It amazed me how long it's been since I have really kept it. Rest is part of keeping the Sabath but it's also about resting in God. I don't think I am doing this by having such a rushed and hectic life. In fact, I know that I am not. The exhaustion and stress should have clued me in a long time ago.

I understand what you mean. I'm hoping to get into a less hectic schedule when I get down to Paraguay. |

It's sure been quiet around these parts. Why do you think that is? I haven't been posting much myself. I wonder if the site down time got us all out of sync?
