Nambla marching at Godless March

North american man boy love association is planning on being at the Godless March on Washington D.C. The atheists are not forbidding them to march with them. Why are they allowing NAMBLA to march with them?

Because Christians don't like them.

I find it amusing, that on the one hand that although science and reason provide us with a very workable method of explaining this universe, the Christian would argue that since it cannot be proved, we should feel free to discard it. Yet we should assume that ancient authorless and dateless manuscripts somehow prove the existence of some being true as a presupposition.

Why would an atheist march invite Christians though? Wouldn't that just cause problems and annoy people?

I really hope they have good security! Theres a lot of crazy people that might try to kill in the name of God, or something.

Will it bother you atheists here to march side by side with Nambla members?

Does it bother you to be associated with neo-fascist churches? 'Course it will bother us, but, last I checked, unless these folks actually commit a crime they have the right to assemble just like anyone else. Or is libery not you theist's bag?

why will it "bother" you? Nambla is a secular humanist organization just as is "American Atheists",BOTH organizations support the lowering of the age of consent to fifteen or even fourteen.

Because I disagree with that stance. Any other obvious questions you would like to ask, or are you driving thisa bad boy someplace thoughtfull?

Believe it or not, some of the atheists "here" are not going to march in Washington.

But if I were,  I would not want to be associated with NAMBLA.

I'm sure you would answer the same if I asked you about marching alongside the KuKlux Klan or Nazis, both of whom proclaim to be Christians.
