Reps: 6,610 (power: 18) | | I am praying for you also. I quit 3 and 1/2 years ago and it was the hardest thing that I ever had to do in my life but it is possible. With God's help you can do anything...Just don't give up on quitting...Keep on striving towards that day you will be smoke-free.....God bless......

If you read a lot of the messages in this forum you will find a lot of people did it different ways. You have to really find the way that works for you. That's why usually it takes a lot of attempts before you quit for good! I liked cold turkey because I have an addicitive personality (ie I get addicted to things easily) so I didn't want to swap one addiction for another! God bless, Evie |

I used the patch for the first week. You just find what works best for you and keep the faith...God bless...
