I think it's sad that only two people answered with choice #2....

I think it's amazing that even three people have been willing to pick the over-loaded answers with all the emotional terms in 'em.

Essentially, in context, the second one is carefully designed to make it so that, even though I would agree with the statement in general, it's pretty clear that it would be seen as voting for the idea that every bit of physical and scientific evidence I've ever seen was carefully fabricated, and the world isn't as old as the oldest known human artifacts are believed to be, and probably doesn't even go back to the dawn of written history!

. I affirm the Nicene Creed.

For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. -- Romans 8:38-39

Seebs, do you beleive in Creationism? Or is Genesis mythology to you.
Yes, no, maybe. I don't particularly believe that Genesis is a precisely accurate literal document describing the exact steps by which the universe came to be.

If you were to, say, take Saint Augustine's study of what exactly Genesis means, I might well agree with much or all of it.

I believe Genesis tells us that:
1. God created everything.
2. Everything God created is good.
3. God also created us.
4. We are more like God than anything else.
5. God loves us lots.
6. We are good (because God created us), but not good enough.

There's more to it, but that's a quick summary. I don't really care how long it took; why should I? I'm here now. God loves me *today*. I don't need to know whether this all started last week or fifteen billion years ago; what matters is how I live and believe *today*.

Seebs, you shouldn't listen to Sait Augustine. He was a Catholic and thus the Devil is trying to lead you away from True God (TM).

At least that is what the street preachers on campus say.

Well, maybe *they* should listen to *him*. He's the one who pointed out how much harder witnessing is when people who are ignorant of the physical world make proclamations about it based on scripture, rather than based on simple observations. He pointed out that witnessing and preaching should stay focused on God's plan for human salvation, not on the peripheral stuff.

He's also the guy who came up with "Lord, make me chaste, but not yet", for which many college students are indebted to him.

I voted neither, since the only thing close to what I believe is a horrid misrepresentation of it.

I am unaware of any such beast as a "theory of evolutionism".

My question is, and I am not being condescending, would you be able to criticially evaluate any evidence presented?

THE RIDICULOUS theory of Evolution is NOT part of science it is a evil religion created by satan to get people lost.

There is 0% proof for it
It is filled with LIES, LIES ,LIES.........

It is the foundation for RACISIM,COMMUNISIM,MARXISM,NAZISIM and the NEW WORLD ORDER just like Kent Hoinnd(www.drdino.com) says

There is LOTS of scientific evidence that supports the Bible.
