This is the only Bible Commentary I've ever found from a Spirit-filled, charismatic point of view. You can use it online, download it onto your computer, or order it in hardcover book format.

Hi! We have a lot of Spirit-filled Life Bibles. Actually, we're one of those who sell them.. Mostly on eBay though. My wife and I sell Christian books, Bibles, audios, videos, etc full-time right now. We've seen literally thousands of books.. and this Life for Today Bible Commentary is the greatest and most accurate that I've seen. I really do recommend it. If you didn't check it out, I'd love for you to do so.
Several of the Word-Faith Teachers have done expositions/commentaries on whole books of the Bible. Here is a list that I have from my library and from other research:

Those are the Word Faithers that I am aware of who have written some verse by verse expositions of books. However, I am also aware of at least one New Testament Bible commentary by a spirit filled pastor. Just not sure if he is WoF. I'll find it and get back to you guys.
