How do you get rid of belly fat? I tried using Cortislim and it really messed me up. I used it for a few days and then asked for my money back which I got.
Belly fat is the most dangerous kind, so it's good that you're looking to get rid of it. Animal products, especially red meat can be a cause of this, so I would try to have them in moderation if at all. Also, trans fats could factor in this as well. MAke sure you avoid anything with the words "patially hydrogenated" on it, even if it says "zero trans fat" on the package. "zero" can legally mean a small amount, and even a small amount is harmful.
Also, high fructose corn syrup can be a culprit too so I would definitely avoid that as well. It sounds like from your other posts that you're trying to eat pretty healthy though I would just encourage you to keep it up.
Aerobic exercise is also a great way to burn fat, and I would encourage you to incorporate that along with some anaerobic exercise into your daily life.

Unfortunately your body's disposition and requisition of fat is HIGHLY contigent on genetics. Men tend to store fat more in the midsection when women store in the thighs and butt more.
The only way is to lose fat in general (exercise and diet), and keep doing so until you are satisified with your belly.
My belly is the absolute last place my body stores fat. I can get down to 10% BF and still you can't see my abs very well, but everywhere else on my body is ripped.
After reading my post again one might interpret it differently then I intended. I meant where your body stores fat is genetic and near impossible to change. Your overall fat levels however can easily be overcome.
Stop taking fancy weight loss pills and just eat less. Go for a run or something. Losing weight is about the simplest thing ever, don't try to overcomplicate it.

Oh I totally understand where you are coming from. Yes some women carry more fat on their upper body and some on their lower body.
That does tend to be genetic.

Eating less always works for me. I think in America - all of us eat bigger portions than we need to. Eating less and excerising regularly is the best way in my opinion.

Hi
I'm only 16, but I have figured out a few ways to cut back.
Any extra sugar (which is empty calories, no nutritional value) is no good.
Things like soda and candy are major culprits. Especially soda.
I like to try different things for a week at a time, like "This week, no extra fun drinks. Just water."(and meals, of course.) or "This week no extra snacking, or no desserts."
I have found will power very useful! If I try to do my very best, results are amazing. Walking every day is so good for you too.
I'm typing this while eating a cookie, oops.

This is a great post, and what she means by anaerobic is a balanced strength program. So eat healthy, and participate in a balanced exercise program that includes aerobic and strenght training. MOST importantly, do something you love. God Bless, J
