People will also give you blessings - if they like your posting style, if they sympathize with a situation you share, if you say something witty or funny, etc. When you have blessings, you can give them to other people for whatever reason you like. Or, you can use them to "buy" clothing and special items for your CF character.
For example: you see my CF character in the upper-left hand corner of my post? Those brown pants he's wearing cost me some number of blessings - I think 75. The shirt cost me some number of blessings, too. As did the shoes, the hairstyle, the mug of coffee, etc.
One way to get lots of blessings is to pay money to the Christian Forums site. I believe you get several thousand for doing that, but I could be wrong.
Also, in the Relaxation forum people are always giving away blessings for certain silly things - like naming the capitol of Burundi, or being the ten millionth person to post in a thread, or whatever. |

I might add, if you goto the quiz's (see menu near the top of each page), you can earn blessings there as well if you are good at taking their quizzes. And yes, you can donate money and get blessings that way as well, I think you can get 5,000 of them for $5. |
