I mean, their voices are operatic, even though the music isn't straight classical:
Jackie Evancho
Charlotte Church
Neal E. Boyd
There is one who specializes in traditional opera (as opposed to "crossover") that I have come to like, and that's another newcomer by the name of Barbara Padilla.
Actually, I do enjoy classical music, as a whole, but it's mostly the instrumental pieces (like Moonlight Sonata, Dance of the Sugarplum Fairies, and such).
