By natural means we are born of the flesh, and brought into being in this physical world. By the grace of God through Christ Jesus we are born into the Spirit by the indwelling of the Holy Spirit in us. This is our 'second birth' our birth into the spiritual world symbolically shown by many by water baptism.

Sice then, though, God has shown me his grace many times and I praise and worship Him for what hew has done in my life.
