OhhJim: I caution anyone of this. Dont discount Russia. Communism / Socialism is not dead. In fact socialism is alive and well in America.
I'm not saying Communism/Socialism is dead. I'm saying it hasn't been real successful in the former Soviet Union, and quoting former Soviet Communists isn't the best way to support your point, when they can be shown to be failures. It's like quoting Jim Kelly on How to Win a Super Bowl, you know?
Well Google has already censored one website b/c of it's Biblical beliefs. This was late last year sometime. Also in Canada, they censor broadcasts and have already fined one man for stating his beliefs. The list goes on.
Satan does not like for God's work to thrive. However on the mind-control post, I think there are already forces at work to begin "unification" of our thoughts and ideals. The psychological possibilities are real. One (former) Russian leader said "give me a child and when he is six, I will have made a communist out of him".
Indoctrination, forced atheism are just two of the tools.

1. Communism / Socialism in the Soviet has taken a few steps back. Dont forget when the "wall" came down it was economically adventageous to do so. The tenets of C / S can be seen in American politics. (However, I dont really want to get into politics if I can avoid discussing it.) True Cuba is an example of how the system fails on its own. But it is not running on its own. It doesnt necessarily have to be labeled C / S for it to be that. Here I would recommend a short booklet, What is Communism, by Fred Schwartz. Basically there are 5 steps C / S use to takeover. 1. Recruitment (I will not digress here) 2. Training / Indoctrination (mind control?) 3. Exploitation of the existing social forces and factions 4. Slow seizure of power (under cloaked auspices) and 5. Consilidation of power. A final note here apart from Schwartz is that the one-world government (rather one world tyranny) cannot be successful with a republic type government in place.
2. The google censure was sometime back when a new England state began allowing certain persons to marry. Someone wrote a webpage describing how not having limits on marriage affects society. (Basically, a tactful condemnation of the ummmm...well you know) Anyway google wasnt happy with the webpage and had it removed. Naturally, I head of this after the fact so I dont know all the specifics and as you can tell I am somewhat hesitant to elaborate.
Also, this is what Canada is supposedly censoring also. (GRRRR! I better not get started on that.)

I agree with you. It isn't too safe, even here to get into a discussion of politics...wolves in sheep's clothing don't like free speech and I am sure as soon as you posted all of it, this thread would be swamped.

Actually mind control has been around for a very long time, at least the subliminal kind that makes you think things. The USSR reference is quite true and in fact often pictures and cartoons were used to get the message across. The US has even had some interesting black-ops type programs that have dealt with mind control and no doubt many still peruse the power of the mind in unexpected ways. Even Hollywood jumped on the idea many years ago with the movie FireFox where the pilot controlled the jet with his mind.
