Where Is The Usa?

I am curious to know the opinion of others.

In Revelation,where is the USA? Is the USA referred to, if not, why? If so, where?

There are no direct prophecies about America in Revelation. Why? Maybe America will be nothing more than a second rate nation by that time.

Myself and a lot of other Christians believe that the USA is Babylon in Rev 18. This being the case, this nation is taken out in one hour...Rev 18:10

I agree with both the above posts - it's going to be one or the other!

Quite a lot of things have been happening to America recently , like 9/11 , war in Afganastan and Iraq and now Katrina , and not to mention the hatred of America by Islamic extremists , who are also feared to be in possession of suit case nukes ( dirty bombs ).


I have a feeling that worse things are coming to that nation , and should she lose her possiton as the number one super power in the world , then the nations of the world would begin to jockey themselves for that possition and war would be the out come , enter the BEAST!

Just the way I view it for now.

The Unites States is babylon the harlot who prostituted herself with the world and will be cut down and fall.

Revelations is about the end time and your right Iraq was the first babylon in the end time to fall there's another babylon to fall after it.

America is under the banner of Babylon, thus it is part and is Babylon. I have other views on what America is in light of Biblical Prophecy but I don't think many people will like to hear it. XP
