I had a babysitter who abused me. She didn't feed me and would lock me in my room. She left me with a scar on my wrist, I actually afraid of WORMS because of when she forced me to touch one. I'm scarred because of her and just can't let go. I need help

I'm sorry you were put through that.
One thing I hope you will come to know (it's taken me a while...) is that God truly loves you, and His intentions toward you are purely good.
If God is for us, who can be against us?
The fear can be dealt with, and it can't last forever.
You didn't deserve to have this junk put on you. You're precious, and God invites you to come to Him that you might be set free from all of this.
