Ah, two wrongs make a right. Always a solid foundation for an argument. |

I find it disturbing that you want to wait for disasters and crisises to rally the public to pray. Someday the public might just say, "Pray? What is prayer and just how does one accomplish it?" |

What does that have to do with helping the people affected by Katrina?

To which a reasonable person would answer, "Just look in the Yellow Pages and call one of the several hundred churches or synagogues in your area." |

I don't recall anyone stating they were offended by the Governors request. The only person making an issue out of this is you.

Where did I say I want to wait for disasters to rally the public to pray? Anywhere? Nope. Nice strawman there. And as to your second comment, hardly likely. Particularly in America. |

Let's organize the public school children in a community pray vigilance. Would you make an issue of that? | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode | | | |
