I WIsh Nonchristians Would STOP Trying to Force Their Beliefs Down My Throat!

I mean they are everywhere I go. I'm driving down the road and there is some half nude lady on a billboard, for sure put up by some nonChristian.

I start flipping radio stations and every other one is about obscene sex with an expletive here an expletive there.

I turn on the tv and there are gay characters being glorified on every station.

Or if it's not the gay characters, every unmarried person on every show is glorifying having sex out of wedlock.

You go to the movies and they just throw in gratuitous obscenities just for the fun of it.

You get on the internet, and every thing that you click on is attached to some porn page.

You walk down the street and all of these nonChristians are half-naked and just forcing their right to do whatever they want with their bodies down my throat.

And why do they drink? I mean you can't go into a store and find ruby red grapefruit juice. But you can surely find stacks and stacks of Heinaken and Budweiser. That space could be used for Bibles.

I have really had it with these folks forcing thier outrageous beliefs and behaviors upon me!

ROFL - Zaac. I know what you mean. You can't go anywhere that humanist/atheist/nudist/sensualist theology isn't shoved in your face.

Here are my suggestions:

Change the channel.
Watch only religious channels, block the rest.
Release your antiquated intolerance of gays.
Order your groceries online.
Don't go to web sites that are connected with porn (I havent seen any indecent popups for a long long while on my computer- there is software that can help you)
Start your own Christian cult and never leave it's grounds. (a la Koresh)
OR just....
Go live with the Amish.

People say "Dont force your beliefs on us but hey will force our belifs on you and if you dont like it ignore it!" The public area should be nuetral ground.

You've got it all wrong. You shouldn't be offended by these things, but feel compassion to a world without Christ. We are in the world, but not of the world. We are not supposed to cross the street when we see a sinner. That's what the Pharisees did. So, in the same way, while these things may make us uncomfortable when we see them, remember that the reason they are there is because the world is lost and without Christ. We will not change the world, but we can change one soul at a time by living as Christlike as possible, and showing the world that there is an alternative to the dark, oppressive, ugly world.

Who is forcing their beliefs on you?
I think in this country people are entitled to be treated fairly under the law. As long as you don't violate decency laws (or many other laws for that matter) or use my tax dollars to promote any religion, I say you go for it! I may not agree or like it, but I stand by your right to live your life the way you want.

We only live once and were all living together! People really could be more tolerant and open to another persons life without adopting it. If you can't get along with different types of people, then you won't have much fun in this world.

1.) The internet isn't an exclusively Christian utility, even though it was invented by a Catholic, Al Gore.
2.) Alcohol and sex aren't exclusively non-Christian.
3.) Go back to 1750 and burn some witches, old timer.

Art and entertainment imitate life. If you want only wholesome entertainment you'll have to use an opressive government to force morality upon its people.
