Someone I know made a thread on another forum and said she'd do ouijas for people and someone said to never touch them and she doesn't think they are bad.
So could someone give me some info on why they are bad so I can show her? She says shes a Christian but she used tarot cards and junk like that.
I just want to back up people on it and show everyone who thinks its okay that its really...not...

Our faith is strongand can be used as a catalyst to make them evil. people think they are door ways to the spirit releam they are not. but it is us who can communicate with demons and in almost the same way that we pray to God.
the bible states we should not contact the dead it does not state we can't.
because even Saul contacted Samuel and was rebuked by him still. and the person that helped him feared for their life. (Saul later died in battle)
the devil is also a lier who seeks to devour and to distroy so if you were infact communicating with the dead you mayinfact be incontact with evil pretending to be good.
My stance i wouldnt reccomend duing either and as a matter of fact to burn them so no one else would be tempted to use those items. |

Best advice to give them is to STAY AWAY.
People think it's just a game and they don't take it serious. Well as someone who's been down that road, I can tell you it's more than a game, it's a trap set by the enemy to lure you and your spirit into abomination. If you dabble in the occult, you leave yourself open to demonic oppression. No, I'm not saying that it can only be dabbled with using a tangible vehicle like the card/boards. It's a matter of who and what are you placing your faith in.
They are tools used for a form of communicating fortune-telling and that is going against God. |

Reps: 2,462 (power: 10) | | | Ouija boards, tarot cards and other fortune telling devices are not appropriate for Christians for several reasons. The Bible says it is bad in several places. One that comes to mind is Isaiah 47:8-14. Fortune telling is part of many pagan religions.
But beyond all that is the fact God wants us to trust in Him and His plan and not to trust in the occult or fortune telling. |
