I suffer from mental ilness but there as so many kinds.most people have some form of mental illness & dont evene know. the fact that you are aware of something is good so you can help change it or prevent it getting worse. see a doctor. Id advise to avoid stress & do your best avoid worring about it so speak to a doctor who will help you soon. It sounds to me like you are only ill at the points of time you noticed yourself doing. there is help out there, go soon

I will give daily updates...

The best drop (in percentages) of my OCD was 90%.. It's reduced to 50% but that's because alot of bad things have been happening while I stopped it so it's been worrying me. Sure, I will go see a doctor but I need the insurance first. It's expired.

Today: 50% Dropped

How much is the treatment of OCD reconditioning behavior and how much of it is due to medication?

OCD came back to a big issue again... Constant shakings happen because of negative thoughts/images in my head. I rarely get auditory hallucinations but i still get these negative thoughts and unwanted images.
