Is it okay for a Christian to date a non-Christian?

Personally .. I do not think you should date non-christians. But with that said .. if you are friends with that person and they are lead to Christ through you or someone else .. then you could date somewhat.

I'm only going to date Christians.

Just my opinion though.

I chose not at all. The two would be unequal in spirit, therefore their spirits contradict one another. I feel this way only if the christian is truly saved. If they are not, then it would depend on their beliefs as well as the non-believer. If that makes sense.
