The weekend went great! This week has started off ok... nothing special so far. The Pastor of my Church is going to be having major heart surgery on Thursday so please remember him in your prayers. I'm going on a short trip tomorrow so please keep me and my family in your prayers for that... and also for my Grandmother's health. She still isn't doing well... getting worse. It's amazing though that God has blessed both my Grandmother and our family with keeping her with us this long.

The New Year is finally here... and things are going great. 2006 wasn't the worst year, but wasn't the best year either. It was filled with many happy and joyful moments as well as many sad moments... but through it all God was, is, and will always be faithful.
Just a few thoughts... I'll try to remember to update this blog more often.

Almighty God you hate nothing you have made, and forgive the sins of your people. Create within us new and contrite hearts, O God, that we lamenting our sins and acknoledging our wretchedness, may obtain from you, O God of all love and mercy, complete forgiveness of our sins, through our Lord Jesus Christ who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God now and for ever.
