My Fibro is very bad this week.. Nothing is working for me.. It literally feels like my hands mainly my fingers could fall off, even in my knees... OH this is a bad week.
But I'll be praying for you guys

As far as I know there are only 11 tender points. That was the determining factor for me anyways

I, also, have fibromyalgia. I am on medication, in addition to minerals, and vitamins. I have had it for 12 years and this year is one of the worst years for it.
My heart goes out to others battling this as well.

I used to have fibromyalgia , migraines, CFS and horrible joint pain that would knock me for a loop with pain, in addition to terrible bloating. I also used to get colds and flus all the time
I started doing alot of research. I went on Atkins. This eliminated about 60 percent of the problems, especially the fatigue and joint pain. Then, I cut out all aspartame containing drinks, I juice fasted, cut out all pork and nitrates and MSG. I read Jordan Rubin's (The Maker's diet - but did not buy the any of his supplements except soil compounds) and started eating real food and raw food. I avoided gas fumes and pesticides as much as possible and other toxins in my environment, got my mercury fillings out (except one), and almost all my symptoms are gone.
After years of research, experimentation and heartache and pain, I am convinced that these conditions are caused by diet and toxic substances we expose ourselves too.

This does help me actually. The only problem with going on Atkins is that my carbs will be so left out.. I have to have carbs everyday.. I love them, they love me
So what would one do in that case?

You may love them, but they probably don't love you. I love them too, but eating them causes a surge of energy and then crashes in my energy level. On Atkins, after a few days when you adjust, you have a steady level of evergy all day. Also, the carb cravings disappear.
You might also want to try the maker's diet (and should combine Atkins with Makers prinicples) It too, starts out pretty low carb, and you eat natural things.
If you do a juice fast with fresh fruits and vegetables (you will need to purchase a juicer), you will allow your system to rest and eliminate toxins. when these toxins first get dumped into your blood, you feel miserable, but you come out of the fast feeling so much better. You will be drinking fruit juices as well as vegetable, so you will be getting carbs. If you follow a one week juice fast by fasting in regular increments (3 day fasts once a month) you may be able to cure yourself of your ailments.
However, when you do reincorporate carbs back into your diet, you should make sure you are not eating things made with nutrient depleting white flour and white sugar. I really recommend following the principles in the Bible diet or Maker's diet (you don't have to buy all the supplements recommended in Makers), if you want to improve your health and still eat carbs.
I finally got sick and tired of feeling sick and tired so I made the sacrifice, and it was a sacrifice at first, but once you change your eating habits, you will not have the same cravings you formerly had and you will feel so much better.
When you juice, if you notice you are having gas, indigestion or any problem, eliminate the fruit or vegetable that is causing the problem and use others (in case you have an allergy you are unaware of).
Some people also do colon cleansing with their fasting and swear by it, but I have never tried it. However, you might have to use an herbal laxative tea or add some fiber to your juice in order to avoid constipation since you will not be getting any fiber.
People have been cured of arthritis and ateriosclerosis and all kinds of other diseases by fasting. I wouldn't try water fasting for more than 3 days and never fast without water. I would furthermore consult with your doctor before fasting in either of these manners or if you are on any medications.

I am starting a weight loss plan tomorrow that will cut my portions in half then working out. I am goind to see if that will work. It shouldnt take all that long to find if it works or not, since I havent worked out in a while.
Constipation is never a problem for me, as a matter of fact I have the opposite, I have dirahea pretty much ever day.. About 2 to 4 times a day..

I have had both of these at the least 8 years, I am glad a list of symptoms was posted, it is so much more then what the name suggests, Fiber myalgia(pain) I have about 3/4 of the list at different times some days few some many. My doctor is the professor at the University that deals with this as well as other similar syndromes. I have tried some alternative treatment but for me it has not been of much help, Gains have been masde and I get along but it has on many days been a battle, I hope drawing closer and giving myself totally to the lord will provide, hope, belief, and support.

Yep thats me...Its a race to the potty every morning for me....repeatedly. My kids think its funny cause I will jump up and chant the "gotta go" commercial.

I wish you well in this endeavor. Please make sure that you not only consider quantity, but also consider quality, ie. that WHAT you eat is natural, wholesome, etc., to give your body a break from "fake foods" and nutrient depleting white flour as well as poisonous white sugar. A little poison is still poison and can wreak havoc for those of us who are especially senstive. Try cutting out pork and shellfish and catfish too.
I recommend also if you have diarrhea to buy some kiefer (it has probiotics). Buy it plain and throw it in the blender with some frozen strawberries and a little stevia. Brobiotics clean out the gut (good bacteria) which is a major source of being unwell in one's entire body.
Also, when you're ready, try a 3-day juice fast with fresh fruit and vegetable juices. It is very healing and gives your body time to get rid of toxins and allows your digestive system to have a break. Nothing is a substitute for a fast in terms of cleansing toxicity out of one's system.
I will say a prayer for you that the Lord will reveal what you are eating or exposing yourself to which is causing the problems.
