Need help from my brothers and sisters regarding medical treatment!

I am doing research for an article on the factor our faith plays in choosing medical treatment. If you are interested in helping out, please email answers to the questions below to Amy at research.help @ gmail.com (without the spaces).

1. Please briefly describe your religious habits. Do you attend church and/or bible study? How often? What denomination?

2. What role does your faith play in your life? Is it at the forefront or does it meld into the background somewhere?

3. Have you noticed that conventional medicine just isn't working for some of your ailments? If not, have you considered other forms of healing?

4. Do you have experience with homeopathy? If yes, please briefly detail including what led you to that form of medicinal healing.

5. Do you have experience with osteopathy? If yes, please briefly detail including what led you to that form of medicinal healing.

6. Do you include physical healing in your prayer life? How has that worked for you?
