This one seemed to be the most interesing one I saw. 
Where would this "lake of the fire" shown in Revelation be located?
I would ask the Jews, but they do not read Revelation unfortunately [neither do the Muslims for that matter]
What I found interesting was how close the greek word #3041 for "lake" was to the greek word #3042 
Lake mentioned 11 times. 5 times in Luke [Luke 5:1,2 8:22,23,33] 6/5 times in Revelation

Reve 19:20 and is arrested the Beast and with it the False Prophet, the one doing the signs in view of it, in which has deceived the ones getting the mark of the beast and the ones worshipping to the image of it.
Living were cast the two into the Lake/limnhn <3041> of the Fire of the one burning in sulphur.
Strong's Number G3041 matches the Greek λίμνη (limnē), which occurs 10 times in 10 verses in the Greek concordance of the KJV
3041. limne lim'-nay probably from 3040 (through the idea of nearness of shore); a pond (large or small):--lake.
3040. limen lee-mane' apparently a primary word; a harbor:--haven. Compare 2568. [Acts 27:8,12]
3042. limos lee-mos' probably from 3007 (through the idea of destitution); a scarcity of food:--dearth, famine, hunger.

My sons, do not despise the chastening of the Lord, nor be discouraged when you are rebuked by Him; for whom the Lord loves He chastens, and scourges every son whom He receives. If you endure chastening, God deals with you as with sons; for what son is there whom a father does not chasten?
Second Death symbolizes the Death of the Sinful nature
- Dying to Sin [second death] - Releases us from the law of sin and death
- Death of the old man - Crucifying the Flesh
- To pass from death to life - Transformation into spiritual creatures in Christ
- Being redeemed from the power of Death and Hades [grave] - Made incorruptible and Immortal
(Romans 6:6)
For we know that our old self was crucified with him so that the body of sin might be done away with, that we should no longer be slaves to sin because anyone who has died [second death] has been freed from sin.
To be cast into the spiritual Lake of Fire burning with Brimstone is to be baptized of water [Lake] and the Spirit [Fire] consecrating [With Brimstone] the temple of God.
This presentation is one of the most ridiculous presentations available from the texts. It contains so many assumptions, so many uncredible leaps of allegory it is a waste of time to detail them all.
In brief, not ALL FIRE is the same fire. There are fires that destroy and fires that do not. There are fires physical and fires spiritual. There is God as a consuming fire, and ministers as a flame of same. To LUMP all fire as the same does not compute. There are even LESS presentations linking what are merely a couple references of the infamous Lake to any other forms or uses of fire in the scriptures.
Of one purpose that Lake is clear. The power of death and evil will therein be contained forever and ever. There will be nothing coming out from that Lake. No, not one spark or burned cinder will arise. It is a place of total final destruction.

[Luke is the only Gospel writer to mention the word "lake".]
If one parses the greek word #1082, the first 5 letters appear to be the same as the greek word Jesus uses in Matt 23:33! More to follow..........
