Sorry, didn't see this earlier............
Since we lost our wardrobes during the upgrade, they made everything free for the first month or two so we can replace them, and then, because of a problem with the bank, people were racking up millions and quadrillions of blessings. The blessings were restored to what we had at the time of the upgrade (plus about 5000 to make up for the post blessings, etc., we earned in between times), and the bank was closed till the error can be fixed, but you can still send blessings by clicking on (Purchase) up in your notification box and then going down to Donate.
Anyway, that means that, at present, everything is free. They will probably go back to putting prices on everything in a month or so, but if we want the 10 Commandments now, we can just get them. Or we can do it the honest way and just wait till they put the prices back on them and then start collecting blessings again.

Oworm, the quest for the 10 Commandments started when Erwin was in charge of the Armory, and there were only 2 sets of 10 Commandments. I know a couple of groups on CF, at the time, were racing to get them first. But then Erwin sold CF and the armory items changed to a different "form", and for a while, they were free. Then CF was sold again, and the armory underwent another transformation. I just looked, and I don't even see the 10 Commandments there anymore, and everything that is there is the same price. 20 blessings. So, I'm going to refund your blessings, as I don't think there is anything else we can do at this time.
