our vacation is undergoing some major/minor changes - we seem to have come down with a head cold - I'm all stuffy and my DH has been sniffling all day - we came home a day early so we could "rest" in the comforts of our own bed

Anyone have a tip on 18? Most holes I can get a 1 or 2 ... but 18 is always a crap shoot...

My son says to aim the putter and pull back so that the lines are all the way to the hole and then hit the ball - the force of the impact will get it as close to the hole as possible if not a hole in one. Now I have to say that I tried that ... but I just don't have the "knack" for it like he does

My DH has to work tomorrow too, but will be off in time to take us to see the local fireworks

Thanks! You too!! I missed out on the homemade ice cream this year. DH had to work today, and we couldn't swing the trip down to my parents (where they always have lots of yummy homemade ice cream). I'm just hoping there will be some leftover ice cream for me to eat when I go down for a visit the middle of next week!
