EWTN has the official Latin/Italian Mass booklets for the funeral at its
site.
There's also an English summary, with translations of the propers.
Some interesting notes:
The Introit will be Requiem aeternam, followed by Psalm 64.
The Penitential Rite will be Option A, the Confiteor.
The first Reading is Acts 10:34-43, and will be in Spanish.
The responsorial Psalm is Psalm 22, in Latin.
The second Reading is Philippians 3:20-4:1, in English.
The Gospel is John 21:15-19 ("Feed my sheep"), in Latin.
The Apostles' Creed will be used.
The general intercessions will be in a variety of languages; the response is "Te rogamus, audi nos."
Eucharistic Prayer #1 will be used, including the Saints but omitting "Per Christum Dominum nostrum."
The mentions of the Pope and local bishop are omitted. Normally, the priest says, "una cum famulo tuo Papa nostro N. et Antistite nostro N. et omnibus orthodoxis, atque Catholicae et Apostolicae fidei cultoribus." ("together with thy servant our Pope N. and our Bishop N. and who are orthodox and believers in the Catholic and Apostolic faith.") The priest (Cardinal Ratzinger) will instead say "una cum omnibus orthodoxis..."
The Agnus Dei remains as normal, unlike in the older rite where the "miserere nobis" is replaced with "dona eis requiem" and "dona nobis pacem" with "dona eis requiem sempiternam" ("grant them rest eternal").
The
De profundis, Psalm 129, will be said after the Communion antiphon.
The Litany of the Saints will be chanted after Mass.
There will then be, in Greek, part of the Byzantine Office of the Dead.
The final prayer will be the Salve Regina.
