Looks like I missed all of the good stuff. My comic books consisted mostly of Donald Duck and Goofy.

I am an avid fan/collector of Archie comics (older ones), but that's about it for me.
Finally, an Archie fan! And I thought I was ALONE in the world! JingleJangle, you have GREAT taste!
However, I appreciate the newer stories as well as the older stories. The stories are just funny and CLEAN!
I've been getting the digests for the past several years, which combine a lot of the old stories with the new stories. There have been a few stories in the digests I have recognized out of the comic magazines I got when I was a kid in the '80s.

I've been collection since 1992. I have about 3300 in my collection (give or take 100). My favorite is The Green Lantern. I also collect 'The Amazing Spider-Man', Ultimate Spider-Man, X-Men, Daredevil, and others.
All the good hero's are green I'm a Gar Logan (aka-Beast Boy) from Teen Titans fan. Although where I live you really can't get comics for a 30 mile radius..... Any way.... I have read some of The origional Batman, Teen Titans, Doom Patrol, and a little of JLA.... Yeah I'm a DC fan but Marvel is not bad, read the x-men comic about a fight between Wolverine and Shadowcat, it was ok...

I read comic books but collecting them is rediculous because at anytime the company could rerelease the comic a billoion times over just to be a jerk about it
I collected comic books for 12 years. However, after college and coming to Christ, I've found that I don't have as much money as I'd like to spend on other things. I haven't bought a comic book in two years. Still, I miss reading comic books such as Spawn (very interesting twist on biblical topics) and the X-men.
I actually prefer Marvel over DC because of the advanced storylines & the variety of break-off comics, I had originally started when the first of the X-Men Classics started, but I also used to collect Archie's,Hotstuff's,Richy Rich & of course the All-star standard MAD Magazine
I used to collect like crazy, then I got bored of Marvel and DC so I stopped. About a year ago my friend introduced me to bunch of new comics. The first being scurvy dogs ( http://www.scurvy-dogs.com/ ) which was hillarious, ive been slowly getting back into some. I have read a bunch of the Ultimates collection, One series called "Sleepers" another called "Walking Dead", and a bunch of others. Lots to name.
