What could you NOT live without?

In our modern world, if you had to give it all up, what is the last thing that you would part with. If you could only keep one item, what would that item be?

I think for me, the one labor saving devise would be the washing machine. Even though my wife is perfectly capable of taking all the clothing to the bath tub to wash them, it takes a lot of time to wash by hand.
