I am on the verge of ditching my ISP , I have had problems for about a Month , anyone got any info that I may find helpful ......... I am on Broadband , and I want to be able to pplay X-Box Live again ........

we originally had a 512kb connection then, about a year ago, they upgraded it to 768kb for free and about a month ago they upgraded it AGAIN to 1MB!!!!
i think its about £25 a month for a 1MB connection!

Reps: 2,208 (power: 13) | | | Blueyonder. We've had a lot of problems but getting help is really good. The phoneline help is first class...on the rare instances the poor lads can understand my (rather strong) accent!

Plus we moved the PC and the whole thing shut of despie the fact we were still using the original cable to connect. Only difference was PC was in a different corner of the room. Plus our area is pretty bad for faults. Mainly due to the fact that everytime the gas men dig a hole the sever a cable! Lol.
