I enjoyed that. Such good commonsense. Be blessed and lets get encouraged sharing Jesus with the world.

I was sooooo nervous but, I just prayed (for a few minutes), took my fliers over to them and, told them about my church and all the good things that were going on. We were having a Christian movie night and, they ALL showed up ! I was so proud of myself and God. He really showed me how powerful He can be through little young me. Now, that I'm alot older, I've learned to ask God for an opening to witness, encourage, and advise people according to His desires of us as Christians.....He has never failed me. I always ask that He gives them an open heart to recieve what I have to say and guide me every step of the way. I feel so grateful and honored when He chooses to use me to help someone else . He is so good! Westcoast~ |

-----------------------------------------------------------------------
what is crucial is holy spirit guidance
never go without prayer preparation
witnessing is good to fight the fear of man
the situation is never perfect enough. go for it !
there was once this nike slogan: just do it !
who are we to keep god from speaking to people
through us if he wants to ?
through times of rejection and crying, you will draw closer to god for comfort. you will understand people like jeremiah or ezekiel better.

Reps: 50 (power: 0) | | Great Tips That was some very good advice Sharky , but what would you suggest for someone, whos mind just goes blank. I go to talk to someone, and I just can't think of what to say. I don't have a fear of talking on the subject of my Saviour. Once I get started it is a real
blessing, but when your mind goes blank, it is very hard to get a conversation started.
I find it easier to withness on the forum boards. I found one that had a lot of atheist on it so I was talking to them, but the forum was on the site of my ISP server, when I canceled my service with them, I was no longer able to get on the forum board. Please pray for me, thank you. |
