"I am the undead, I was brought back to life by an evil wizard and I invaded this forest because I was jealous of the Failamar. But now, I only want to rule it if I can have you men as my army and Roz as my successor. What say you all?"
Aleigha stoped ridding off to hear what the men had to say.

She was no longer welcome. Rosalyn knew it. Her mother wanted her. Jaid wanted her. the twins wanted her. But no one else did.
Father hated the very sight of her and so would the others when they knew her part in the seige. Kiva only wanted her for her front. For the mask she wore when she was scared. Yes she was sarcastic and witty. But she was brave only when need-be.

Nina stood at Kiva's side, listening silently throughout the conversation. But she staggered backwards, and was almost scared when she heard something she had NEVER heard in all of her years.
Laughter! From the cold hearted leader himself! She had been very worried for him, and others around him. First he was laughing, she wondered if he'd learned any other new tricks.

They took up arms and charged Kiva, as well as the sources of his new emotions. Nina and Roz. Kiva drew his sword and unleased a load, high pitched moan, charactaristic of the undead. He tried to protect his only friend and his hopeful successor from the onslaught of atleast 40 men.
