What you are not hearing is that many believers and even many young earth creationists realize that Hovind is totally full of it. There is a saying around these boards that everyone is entitled to his own opinion but not his own facts. Hovind makes up his "facts" out of whole cloth. If you continue accept Hovind's absurd claims after what has been said about him here you should seriously consider that you were the "one" born during your minute.

At this point I'm not really listening to much of what he says unless i hear different elsewhere. The point about him not paying taxes is wrong no matter how you look at it. If he doesnt pay them. I dont know the facts I would have to ask him. I dont really plan on trying to track him down to do so tho. Dont get my wrong for the most part I hate taxes but you should still pay them if you say your a christian. I do think hes right about some stuff.

I have no idea what you meant by what I quoted.

Non believers have just as much right to complain about him as believers, because he spends quite a bit of time Lying about atheists. He also spends quite a bit of time lying about evidence as well. No matter what someones opinion of god is, they shouldn't tolerate lying, and most people disagree with him because of this.

It should be noted again that even other creationist groups have disowned him.

Although, I sometimes feel sorry for him because him and all of his "evidence" gets chewed up here pretty bad and he links to this site from his.

my questoin still remains. Because I'm wondering where you guys are coming from.

Of course if your a non believer your not going to agree with a evangelest who talks mostly about creation and science.

So of the people that replied saying something bad about him my question is are you christians? do you believe god made the whole world and everything in it ect

A lot of Christians here believe in evolution and a lot of them think Hovind is a moron. It has little to do with religion (unless u r totally brainwashed), and has more to do with the fact that Hovind is a worthless pile of what can only loosly be called matter.

I love Kent Hovind. He is wonderful, smart and handsome.
His website is right on.
I love his $250,000 offer to evolutionists. The evolutionists claim he wants the "big bang" demonstrated, but he said and I heard him that ANY proof will do.

Produce a fossil...

Evolutionists conventiently forget the law of biogenesis which demonstrates life cannot create itself.

There are no fossils and if anyone thinks so, he is deceived. If there were, the evolutionists would not have tried their Peltdown man trick.

To think the brain came before the mind is absurd.

Um. And which "law" would this be? And which part of evolution says that life is meant to create itself?

On the surface of it, this "law" seems to deny the existence of children.

There are no fossils and if anyone thinks so, he is deceived. If there were, the evolutionists would not have tried their Peltdown man trick.
So a single fraud which was exposed by scientists should invalidate all other science? Wonder what that says about Hovind?

(I suppose he is "better" than scientists because he never admits to fraud...)

Wow, you are full-on, aren't you? Even Hovind acknowledges the existence of fossils! I feel sort of warm inside to have met someone more extreme than Hovind.

Are you for real? When talking YEC, it is very hard to differentiate genuine belief from parody.

Although I have doubts that you will ever bother to read it, I wrote about hovinds Challenge and about how it is false here,
http://www.geocities.com/arikayx/drdinochallenge.html

Why I doubt you will bother to read it is because it currently appears you don't bother to read anything besides DrDino (the "law of biogenesis"? ) Hopefully you will prove me wrong though.

Explain to me how the brain came before the mind.

Darwin said the brain came first. Impossible.

(Kent Hovind never said there are transitional fossils. He says they don't exist anywhere.)
