Reps: 5,661,823,352 (power: 5,661,832) | | | I need prayer.. I know we are supposed to confess that we are healed and I have been doing so for many days...
As of late I have been having a lot of bowel troubles. Over the past year or so..and to top that off this sunday I had an attack happen during church. It was druing praise and worship.
All of a sudden I couldn't breath and I had to go sit down. Now it is happening to me every time I do any kind of activity. Usually if I lay around it doesn't happen. This is 5 straight days of it and it is starting to scare me. I missed work yesterday and today because of it(they actually sent me home a few minutes ago). I have had a splitting headache for 2 days now as well.
I know it is Gods will to heal me but if this keeps up I'm going to the emergency room. I don't know what else to do. I'm not congested or coughing or anything..I just lose my breath for no reason.
I have been confessing my healing the whole time and I know that is what I'm supposed to do but I don't feel any different.

Get to the bottom of this...
What's your diet been lately?
Are you having cramps along with shortness of breath?
Where exactly is it hurting? (Lower right, Lower left, Upper right, Upper left???)
Am praying for you right now!

Galatians 3:19 - What then was the purpose of the Law? It was added because of transgressions and [to make men more conscious of the sinfulness] of sin; and it was intended to be in effect until the Seed (the Descendant, the Heir) should come, to and concerning Whom the promise had been made. |

My head is hurting in the back left corner. Pounding is more the word for it and the shortness of breath I can't even describe. It comes and goes real quick but I don't have any pain in my chest. I took some migraine medicne and I'm going to go lay down. If it is still here tomorrow I'm going to go to the emergency.
As for diet I have been eating fast food and grandma's cooking. Basically the same thing as fast food but taste better, lol.
I don't have time for anything else. I have been working two jobs and I don't sleep much at all.

Reps: 164,478 (power: 176) | | | Your headache does sound like a migraine that starts in the occipital region (base of head - top of neck). Neuralgia here can start mostly with stress and also causative of a misalignment in the facet joints.
It can be triggered by a lot of things, diet being one. Lack of sleep and TRUE rest is another.
Shortness of breath - I am wondering if you are on a lot of caffeine or have started any new vitamins or herbal supplements or anything like that.
High amounts of caffeine and lack of adequate rest can cause pre-ventricular contractions of the heart which can cause a second of time when your breath is taken away. But usually you notice a "skipping" of your heart beat when this happens.
Try using a heating pad (if you're at your grandma's or close by, I bet she has one...) and placing it on the occipital region on the side that hurts worse. You ought to think about increaseing your fluids without increasing your caffeine intake. Caffeine places physiological stress on the body (cells, tissue and organs) and also can dehydrate you causing electroyte imbalances which may also effect your heart and breathing.

.
You know that is almost exactly how it is too. I get short of breath and it feels like my heart is skipping around when it happens but I don't have any pain what so ever.
I have been under high volumes of stress with planning our wedding and working two jobs. I'm going to take it easy again tonight and see what happens in the morning.
Thanks for your prayers RP. I actually have yet to have an attack since I posted about it.

Reps: 164,478 (power: 176) | | Get things back in sync and within a few days (week or +) it should return to normal. - Lay off the caffeine.
- Get adequate rest. ( If the rest you do get is limited, try Melatonin (all natural) up to 3mg).
- Pray to de-stress.
- Meditate on the Holy Spirit within you.
We are called to REST in Him, ShaunJ. You enter into that by faith.
Bless you brother!!!

Reps: 1,287 (power: 9) | | Hi ShaunJ Hey, I agree with riverpastor's prescription, and will add a little on the other problem. I have found and heard doctors tell people that the water everywhere is full of germs and toxins and heavy metals. I have to boil all water for drinking , cooking ,and buy filtered,or bottled water too, if you want to drink water.Make sure what you buy is pure. Another thing you can try is olive leaf extract or tablets from the health food store, its not very expensive. Take some every day for a month and see if it is helping your problem. It is antimicrobial, antiviral and antibacterial among other things. God Bless.

Olive leaf and Garlic both might help you, ShaunJ.
(Garlic in the "odorless", capsule variety!)
Garlic also supports heart function as well as having anti-biotic properties as well.

Reps: 108 (power: 0) | | | ShaunJ, I'll be praying for you. Something like this happened to both my boss and me last year. Out of the blue we both had some of the same problems but both were from different things. For me, I ate something that was sugarfree and found out that I cannot have any items made from Mannitol, Sorbitol, or Xylitol type sugar substitutes. They act like a laxative for me. Not fun. LOL. My boss was diagnosed with a gluten intolerance. She said she would get the symptoms maybe once a year and thought it was the flu but one day it didn't go away. So the doctor did some tests and found out it was something called Celiac disease (often misdiagnosed as Crohn's disease which shows a lot of the same symptoms). Please take care and see a doctor if you are still having problems. God Bless. Finchy |

Keep me in your prayers and I'll let you know how I'm doing. It's time for me to rest up some tonight. I'm worn out and just sitting here at the PC is making me
