I love some modern art, and then there is some that I don't get. Sometimes after you actually take the time to learn about the artist and what they were attempting to do, then you at least gain an appreciation for their work. I really think it is unfortunate for people to just dismiss it all...

I like a pretty wide range of stuff. I love 90s alternative music (Alice in Chains, Nirvana, etc), but nowadays I mostly listen to indie & trip-hop type stuff (Massive Attack, Portishead, etc). Elbow is one of my favorite bands. Probably the only thing I don't listen to is Country music.
