Jesus is the Word of God, and so is the Bible. The Bible is God's words.

Eternity in the Lake of fire. That's what 'the second death' is. Revelation 20:14 (NASB) 14 This is the second death, the lake of fire.

If the Bible isn't the words of God then what?

I don't. The wicked had their lives to live right. They choose not to do so.

Whatever it 'means' they are still alive after they are cast into the Lake of fire, in torment, forever.

I suggest you study our English Bibles. They are VERY consistent. The eternal fire is real and forever. I also suggest you stick with the NT. It is perfectly clear. Jesus called it 'eternal punishment', using the exact same Greek wording for 'eternal life, NEVER ending.

I don't know of anyone who calls the Bible "god".

You don't have a case to prove that death means cease to exist. Because it doesn't mean that. 'Forever' means NEVER ending torment in the fire.

And some attack the Bible because they don't like what God said.

That is my kind of attitude. The Bible is God's words.
