    Pacific Rim!

Completely agree with this. I was incredibly hyped for this movie and was very pleased that it didn't let me down at all. Loved every second of it.

I have an ongoing game on Pokemon Platinum that I'm playing (seven gym badges currently). Other than that, I'm playing through Secret of Mana with my son and am closing in on finishing Xenoblade Chronicles on the Wii (112 hours so far, but with almost all available sidequests done so far).

Actor/Actresses that ruin a movie for you?

Oh, Sean Connery was brilliant in it (and, pretty much everything else he did). Why they couldn't just make the film with Connery, Ed Harris, and David Morse is beyond me.

Arkham City; I can't believe I did it.

I have all but two or three of the Riddle Trophies for Batman. I have all the physical trophies for Catwoman, but not many of the challenges (like making 10 perfectly timed jumps in succession, that kind of thing). I also did a good deal of the challenges, but am probably only about 50% done...

Actor/Actresses that ruin a movie for you?

I have trouble watching anything Nicholas Cage is in. The movies he's in that I like, I usually like in spite of him (The Rock, Con Air).

I like them when implemented properly (Metroid Prime 3, Super Mario Galaxy for example) but when forced...it can be painful. For instance, I think the game "de Blob" is an amazing game, but they mapped the jump function to flicking the Wii remote with no way to assign it to a button. It doesn't...

Ahhh, okay. But you can't really blame that on the Wii. With the exception of clicking the analog sticks, the Classic Controller offers the same experience as the 360 or the PS2/3, so the actual controls would have been the same on any platform. I can't really comment on those controls as I use...

I can understand the motion sickness to some degree, especially during battles when you'll be running around quite a bit and the camera swings with you. I'm confused on the Wii controls comment. Are you thinking of the right game, b/c Xenoblade has no Wii specific controls. You can use either...

Aside from some time with Rock Band Blitz and Rock Band 3, my main focus right now is Xenoblade Chronicles on the Wii. I've been very surprised by just how much I love playing this game.

My wife was hired and started her new job on 10/1/2012 and it has really lifted the financial burden that's been on us. It was definitely an answered prayer.
