That's a good question. I don't think there is any. I thought maybe writing to the patriarch about this would be a good idea. However, when the metropolitan published how he was doing this in the metropolis' national newspaper, I realized informing the patriarch would probably be pointless.

Actually the metropolitan knows, and in fact strongly enforces it in some parts of the country. But that's the way it is! The priest himself is a pious man.
