This will sound really bad on my part, I did at one time yeah when we met up, but after 2 kids etc she has piled on the weight, never takes pride in her appearance anymore etc, at the min its like a sisterly love, yes I know looks fade with age, but then again so does desire if the looks go.

You just have to accept that you are anxious and float with it, fighting it will do no good at all, just accept and know it can do you no harm, and try and get some comfort in the knowledge that god will not give you anything in life you can't deal with. All the best:thumbsup:

I tried it, it does contain a small amount of alcohol which maybe part of the reason why its supposed to be calming, it tastes foul and to be honest didn't do alot for me.

Thanks all, I will tackle the inappropriate content issue, its something I've never attempted before because I never really saw it as a problem, I did it for so long, but now I can see what its doing.

I do lust after real women in day to day life, but also look at inappropriate content, infact I have looked at inappropriate content ever since I was a teen, its now at the stage where it doesn't actually do anything for me but still look as force of habit.
