    Well I'd say it's because of genetic reasons, as in breeding too closely might lead to health problems. In light of that, yes it would be a major concer seeing that they would need to populate the entire world and people with health problems would die quicker, possibly not being able to breed...

    If Noah and his family were the only people to survive the flood, wouldn't that mean that they had to inbreed in order to restore the population? Isn't that also considered incest and is it not a sin? :confused:
