    I've always been a shy nervous person, but I didn't start getting panic attacks until I had my son 4 years ago. I think it may have been the sudden change in life. I'm not sure. all I know is I wish it would go away! I will admit, it has gotten a lot better.

    That happened to me when I tried taking Lexapro. It was terrifying to say the least, so I"m really sorry you have to go through that! I blame those couple doses of lexapro on a lot of my anxiety issues.

    I'm seeing a psychologist to help me get over anxiety

    that's awesome! Good Luck with it!!!! I think that kind of therapy is the best....I know it's helped me tremendously. Sometimes I force myself to go out, even though I may be extremely anxious, but in the long run, afterwards, I feel like I could do anything!
