    When do you buy games?

Sometimes I buy games right when they come out or wait for sales. I think I’m more likely to buy most games when I want to play them. Or when I can afford to or have time to play them. Or I just put them on a wish list for many years... I am selective with what I buy because I don’t always take...

How long do you read/time of day each day?

If I have free time I read any time of day. I tend to read more often in the evening after I get everything I need to done. But sometimes I’ll read before work or on my break. Sometimes a good book needs to be read all night long.

    What's on your mind?

I used swag bucks like 15 years ago. Over a few years of using it I got $75 in amazon money for using the search engine. I guess I got lazy or busy and switched to google. I don’t know how it’s changed now days though. As I recall the search engine wasn’t that good for anything too complicated...

    What's on your mind?

Welcome back Mr Hawthorne  You remembered right about my grandparents having a lot of fruit. They used to have a similar thing that you use that would separate out the juice from the pulp when cooking. But this time it was just at home and using grapes from a relatives farm. We didn’t have...

    What's on your mind?

We were just discussing today at the dinner table as to what we could do with crabapples. Apparently they are good for making jelly. We made a ton of grape juice the other day and we might make some of into jelly.

How to keep the spark alive in a relationship?

Might not be a super helpful post but I think "depth" over "spark" helps a relationship last. Spark is important too.. but not as a foundation. I think learning about each other and working on communicating well can help with both. :) The kind of love in 1 Corinthians 13 helps too.

Are Virgins More Worthy of Marrying?

Interesting story you made up about Ruth. I think the real story in the bible was more interesting though. I have also seen Christians rejected by other Christians as someone to date based on their past and not being a virgin. Based on the fact that everyone has sinned, and that if you are a...

    What's on your mind?

Have you considered teaching English abroad? I have a few friends who’ve done that. It allows you to work, and travel a little bit as well. It can be tough to decide what to do after college for sure. So many options. I will pray for you in making the right decision.

Right now my favorite is Animal Crossing. I tend to play one game a lot then switch to another game and play that a lot, then switch back depending on my mood. In general I really like logic and puzzle type games, they are relaxing. :) What are your favorite games?

Because it is a nintendo game it is unlikely to be on steam. :) But Stardew is on Steam! :) I know I have to be in the mood for particular games too. That’s why I have so many games but end up playing just a few of them. :D

    The Gamer Thread

Stardew Valley is a farming game, animal crossing is more about a “town” or village. But you can always choose how you play them both to an extent. Both are within the same game genre though. RPG, simulation. Oh actually, you do craft in both of those games as well. As far as farming goes you...

    The Gamer Thread

Playing animal crossing tonight I just thought I’d go to an island quickly and pick a new villager before bed, but the island I got was the one with bamboo! That was the first time i saw that island so I gathered all the bamboo then tried again and I got the scorpion island. So I ended up with...

How do you like your coffee/tea?

At present my favorite is hot black tea with milk and sugar. My favorite teabags I have also has other spices in it. Coffee is tolerable if it’s just a drizzle of coffee in a cup of hot chocolate (then all that put over ice). Or in a frappuccino with lots of caramel hiding the flavor of coffee...
