God does not create any more, because there is no need to do that. God does not interfere animal life. However, He does interfere human life. But that is NOT creation.

Your answer gives a serious theological question: Is God still creating? Your answer must be a Yes. Mine is a big No. God is a wise creator, not a laborious technician. God creates Adam and Eve. But God does not create everyone else.
