    Relationships!

Sounds lovely, but only YOU'LL know if you can work out those differences you mentioned. Don't worry about it, just deal with it one day to the next. Compatibility is a funny thing. My husband was so NOT my type when we first met :P

    marriage, sex, contraception

It's very wise to be cautious, but do you at least have some idea when you two will get married? I don't mean to put you on the spot, it's just that I was told the same thing you just said by my ex. As soon as we started to discuss marriage seriously, off he went lol. Not fair, is it?

when does it turn into boyfriend/girlfriend?

When we'd talked openly about our feelings, and kissed, I started calling him my boyfriend.

Prelate slams inclusion of sex education in public school curriculum

Whether or not it can be corroborated, I think it's good that it's made you, as a mother, cautious about this! :)

Prelate slams inclusion of sex education in public school curriculum

I completely agree. I should've added that, of course, nothing should be explained to children without parents' consent as sex ed is really THEIR prerogative, if only more parents would exercise that honestly and beneficially. That sounds awful :o But I must say that I was lucky enough to...

Prelate slams inclusion of sex education in public school curriculum

That last thing does sound odd, I agree! Some schools in the UK teach a version of sex ed from age 4 1/2 (when children start school here) onwards. A younger cousin of mine and her class were given picture books about cats and how they have kittens, to start them thinking about family life and...

Prelate slams inclusion of sex education in public school curriculum

I don't see why parents and teachers can't work together to make sure their kids are empowered by the truth about sex and relationships from an early age. Open honest communication with children on this matter is possible without spoiling their innocence.

    your Literary heroes

Angela Carter's style is gorgeous. That's my impossible ideal :) I'd love to be able to imitate Jude Morgan or Philippa Gregory.

    How "In" Are You?

I'm finishing my last year for the time being (MA degree) by doing my dissertation over the summer. I'm blessed with a brilliant family who've paid for nearly everything, through my undergraduate studies and my postgraduate too. I should add that in the UK, being from a single parent family...

    Honeymoons

We had ours a week and a half after the wedding. It was a long weekend in Prague, then we had to come back because of school, assessments, grr :) It was lovely while it lasted.

Signs that my husband is cheating on me... how can I know for sure?

I'd be very worried too...Have a talk with him. I really hope you get an answer to put your mind at rest  Know you can always unburden yourself to us, here!

    question about wedding?

I wore a tea-length (think that's whay they call it?) light pink formal dress. It was gorgeous. I felt like a bride whereas I would've felt like an oversized doll in a traditional wedding dress... no offense intended! I LOVE wedding dresses on other women. I just never liked them on myself :)

    torrents

I'm guilty of downloading music and Family Guy and Scrubs episodes, but I buy the real thing eventually to keep on the right side of the law and God. Plus I like to own the 'real thing'. I'm not perfect, though.

I love Hamlet too, and Othello...I think it's intensity that sets them apart for me. But I'll read any Shakespeare at all :)
