well Im getting a little better

well i thought i was doing better but im in alot of pain now from coughing so much and so hard it hurts to try toget up from lying down and my back and torso hurt but hopefully it will pass any suggestions on how to help back aches go away or to sooth sore muscles?

now I have a bad cold or something feel like i have a fever and body aches kinda like when u have the flu, but i dont know how long i should wait to call the doctor

on christmas eve they were between 3-5 min apart and my back was killing me but i have only had a couple today so i guess its not bad. they dont hurt at all its just weird, my stomach gets hard and it feels like tugging kinda.
