Judas was most likely sent to hell.His burden was so great for a human that even Jesus said it would have been better if he had not been born. So did not Judas make a bigger sacrifice for us than Jesus did?

I think it is just a representation of different Christians from around the globe who are meeting up at the assembly meeting. More of a parade of cultures.
