And overcoming them? A friend of mine is having some issues and I'm trying to find some good music for her. Music always helps her through stuff. She mostly likes rock, but any kind of music is fine.

You know, that makes sense. When I was younger my OCD was really bad. One of the things I would do was punish myself for bad things that I might have done or thought to 'make up' for them. I would hit or pinch myself as hard as I thought the sin deserved. So I can see how cutting and OCD can be...

Most of the things I did I really had no idea why I was doing them. Mabey that is why it scared me so much. ThoughI did have some habits that I did because I thought something bad would happen if I didn't.
