Id be more inclined to coordinate one on one things. Like if someone was in the area or I was going to be in someone else's neck of the woods id love to meet for coffee or dinner or hiking.

That's why it's a good idea to keep plans off site, the last one was being planned on Skype mostly.

That's why you plan in the background and only invite people you trust.
